I was heading back from appraisal in Corona Del Mar yesterday and had to stop and snap these clouds. Newport Center is a premier business (Pimco), medical (my DR and Dentist) and shopping (Fashion Island) center. Market conditions remain good in Newport Beach, values have generally risen over the past year.
