Did appraisal in Newport Coast this morning, here are some stats: The subject neighborhood was made up of mostly good to excellent quality SFRs adjacent the Pacific Ocean and Crystal Cove State Park. The neighborhood was close to all services and local beaches. Living areas for sales over the past 2 years range from apx. 1,346 to 17,000 SF, average was apx. 4,310 SF.
