Keep in mind, we provide appraisal services to a wide range of clientele including attorneys, CPAs, home owners, property sellers, home buyers, Realtors, property managers, financial planners, insurance companies etc. A recent appraisal assignment ($6,000) was to ascertain the diminution of value from a mudslide for a beachfront property in Malibu where multiple valuation methodologies were included in the analysis and report.
